JAWS — Job Administration & Workflow System

JAWS is a production management system built for the realities of a working shop floor. It tracks jobs from intake through delivery, manages scheduling and resource allocation, and provides real-time visibility into production status.

The Problem

Most production management software is built for enterprise manufacturers with dedicated IT teams and six-figure budgets. Small and mid-size shops — the ones that actually make things — are stuck with spreadsheets, whiteboards, and tribal knowledge.

Our Approach

JAWS was built inside a real production facility (Puget Bindery, a 30,000 sq ft trade bindery in Kent, WA) to solve real problems as they surfaced. It’s AI-augmented where it matters — intelligent estimation, automated scheduling suggestions, anomaly detection — but it doesn’t try to replace the expertise of experienced operators.
