Read-only by design.

An estimating agent needs to see a lot of your business. Here is exactly what it can reach, what it can’t do, and who stays in control.

01

Read-only by design

Plyworks reads your job system, inbox and job-cost reports. It has no path to write back to them, and it never changes where your team works.

02

Your own instance

Every shop gets its own single-tenant deployment and its own database. Your records never share a database with another shop’s.

03

No training on your data

Your quotes and costs are used to serve your shop and nothing else. We don’t pool them, sell them or use them to train models.

04

A person approves every send

The agent drafts quotes and replies. Nothing reaches a customer until someone on your team says yes.

05

Every run is logged

Each agent run records what it read, what it decided and why, so you can trace any draft back to its sources.

06

Yours to take back

Ask and we’ll export or delete your shop’s data. Disconnecting a source stops all access to it immediately.

What we don’t claim

No certificates yet. We’ll show you how it’s built.

We’re early, and we don’t hold SOC 2 or similar certifications today. We’re glad to walk you or your IT partner through the architecture, access model and logs before you connect anything.

Early access

See how it prices your past work.

We’re opening early access to a small number of binderies and print finishing shops. Tell us one kind of work you quote and which systems hold its history. We’ll confirm fit, agree a sample of past work, and compare the agent’s drafts, questions and passes with your estimator’s quotes.

We agree scope and cost before starting. Every request is read by a person, usually the one who built it. Prefer email? hello@plyworks.ai
