A draft built from your past work.

Your estimator gets the past quotes, pricing assumptions and a draft together. Plyworks reads the request, checks what you’ve charged before, and asks when something’s missing. Your estimator makes the call.

How it prices

Precedent first, engine second.

Read the request

Specs are pulled from the email or attachment and matched to your customer and product records. Anything that changes the price and is missing becomes a question.

02Early access

Start from precedent

What did this customer pay for similar work? What did that work really cost? The agent looks there first, the way your best estimator would.

Check against the engine

Your rate tables, calibrated per job code, give a second opinion. When precedent and engine disagree, the gap is shown, not hidden.

Draft, then wait

Price tiers, the assumptions behind them and a draft reply go to your estimator. It never sends anything on its own.

Every request ends one of three ways

Quote, ask or pass.

● Quote

Enough is known and the job code is proven. You get tiers, the precedent behind them and a draft reply.

● Ask

Something that changes the price is missing. You get the question, and the price waits for your answer.

● Pass

The job is outside what it has proven. It says so and hands the request to your estimator untouched.

Validate

Proven per job code.

Every night the agent prices real past requests, seeing only what your shop knew on the day, and is scored against what your estimator actually quoted. It only drafts live quotes for the job codes it has earned.

Early access

See how it prices your past work.

We’re opening early access to a small number of binderies and print finishing shops. Tell us one kind of work you quote and which systems hold its history. We’ll confirm fit, agree a sample of past work, and compare the agent’s drafts, questions and passes with your estimator’s quotes.

We agree scope and cost before starting. Every request is read by a person, usually the one who built it. Prefer email? hello@plyworks.ai
